Her expertise spans local and international risk management, sustainable finance and ESG practices, corporate governance, and financial services including insurance and investment, as well as strategic planning and project management.
Throughout her career, Kikelomo has achieved significant milestones, including leading Leadway Assurance’s ESG strategy implementation and commitment to The Nairobi Declaration on Sustainable Insurance. She notably expanded Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Risk Management Practice across Africa and enhanced Leadway’s Investment Income by 27% using a proprietary tool. Her accomplishments also include successfully overseeing the review of a €772 million regulatory transaction for the London Stock Exchange Group acquisition during her tenure at the Financial Conduct Authority UK.
Kikelomo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics/Finance from the University of Surrey, UK, and has completed leadership and sustainability programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and Oxford.
